Where are you located?
We are located in Gatineau, Quebec. I work in Kanata during the day so pick-up is available or drop off within 20km for a $5 fee. We will let you know when your order is ready. Usually within 24 hours of your order.
What are your shipping policies?
- All Canadian packages will have tracking information provided to you upon shipping. You will receive a notification via email or SMS depending on your account options.
- Once the package leave our hands we have no control over it's movement.
- We are NOT responsible for packages that are stolen by porch thief's. If your location has a problem we can ship it to the Canada Post closest to your location. We will file a claim on your behalf with Canada Post but we will not re-ship your order.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interact and Paypall.
How are your soaps packages?
Our soaps are wrapped in Biodegradable Shrink Wrap.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your order please reach out to us on the Contact Us page and we will try to make it right.
Allergy Warning
We use a wide variety of different ingredients in our products. It is possible that at some point one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that it is possible they may have been in contact with one of our products. If you have more questions please use the Contact Us page.
General Product Warning
It is your responsibility to use products properly. Always be aware of allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products is a good idea. If any product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if needed.
